Trillium One Entertainment ends deal with Energy Today.

At Trillium Pictures, we believe strongly in building long-term partnerships based on performance, accountability, and mutual respect. Most business relationships encounter challenges — what matters is how those challenges are addressed.

In late 2024, Trillium entered into an agreement with Energy Today that was intended to support a broader vision: the creation of an asset-focused, tokenized company aligned with the emerging digital and alternative asset economy. We committed time, strategic effort, and opportunity to that relationship in good faith.

Unfortunately, a core obligation under that agreement was never fulfilled. Specifically, the shares contemplated under the arrangement were never issued. Despite repeated discussions and more than a year and a half of time to complete the agreed structure, the situation remained unresolved. The obligation existed, it wasn’t met, and the consequences follow from that. Trillium One Entertainment has dissolved this relationship and will examine its options regarding the breach of contract.
